Beluga caviar from the Huso Huso species of sturgeon is one of the rarest caviars in the world, producing steely grey to grey-black speckled pearls which are prized by connoisseurs.

The large roe provide a supremely subtle but rich and buttery taste with creamy undertones and no bitterness.
